Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered.


Because digital products can be accessed and downloaded immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, lack of results, or incorrect expectations.

 

Exceptions – When a refund may be granted

A refund may be issued only in the following situations:

1. Technical issues

If you are unable to access, download, or open the digital product due to a technical issue on our side, and we are unable to resolve the problem after reasonable support efforts.

2. Duplicate purchase

If the same product was purchased more than once by mistake.

3. Incorrect product delivery

If you received a different digital product than the one you purchased.

 

Refund request conditions

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Proof of purchase may be required.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions listed above.

Lack of effort or experience

Buyer’s inability to use third-party platforms (e.g. Vinted, Depop)
